THE BEGINNINGS
Originally from Guadeloupe, NJIE began her singing career in various orchestras and piano bars, performing French and international pop standards as well as the Carribean repertoire.
This live training has enabled him to build up a wealth of experience that has resulted in numerous albums and concerts throughout his career.
From the outset, NJIE distinguished herself as the 1st West Indian singer to make lyrical flights on Zouk, (Tempo 106, Dadoué, Bleu nuit, J'ai trouvé).
(Tracks included on her "Best Of" released in 2014).
Her versatility will amaze you, as she brilliantly performs Bachata, Merengué, Salsa, Reggaeton, Ballads, Reggae, Compas, Electro, Sega, Biguine and Mazurka, as well as Zouk.
She also sings in several languages in Creole, French, Spanish, English, (Italian and Myéné in phonetics - cover of "Awana" in phonetics for love of this African language).

A vibrant tribute to Africa, NJIE sings in African (Myéné from Gabon) with touches of Lingala in the atmospheric parts.

2014: Njie is named "AMBASSADRICE of the new Terminal T2 of the "Pôle Caraïbes" airport in Guadeloupe", and her image is used to promote the airport.
